Euro Millions Lottery 2010 Scam Sandra Bregjt

Regular readers of this blog and skeptics are probably familiar with junk emails appearing showing you've won lotteries from overseas like the one below. But I guess it bears worth repeating again to be careful and realize these are complete scams as well. Here's a verbatim copy of an email scam about me winning the lottery:

The EURO MILLIONS management have approved a payout of your cash prize which will be remunerated directly to you by the our official payment board.
