Here's another email offering another job that I am 100% sure does not exist. Notice the job gives a fake requirement that you must have "learning ability" to qualify for this position.
Below is the email:

hard-working and responsible person for the position of Regional Representative.

-US citizenship or work permit
-confident PC user
-ability to meet the deadline when performing the set tasks
-hard worker
-learning ability
In order to proceed please submit your application in form of most

and confirm that all submitted information is correct and up-to-date
(your details will be treated in the strictest of confidence).
I assume that you would be able to start working as soon as possible.

Yes, please be weary of this scam. In the beginning there wasn't even a website to go to, and it wasn't until some time after the e-mails were sent that the website appeared on the world wide web.
In addition to the comments about the "qualifications", the website shows no "real" information about the company, and the address points to a building in Florida that has a bunch of suites. Try calling the number ... for a laugh.
I am the official representative Company Horrocks Invest Limited. My name Rick Hammond. Our company Is engaged banking operations. The information laid out in it blog is not authentic.

This is a scam! Go to City of London Investment Group's website (http://www.cityinvestmentgroup.co.uk/business.htm) and then go to "Horrocks Invest Ltd." website. (http://horrocks-invest.com/index-1.htm)
Looks similar? Actually this guy just copied all of the information off of the city investment group website (which is a legit business) and then put it on his own website and called it his own (Horrock's Invetst LTD). Looks pretty sketchy to me.
They are offering jobs and asking for your resume. After you give them that they ask for your bank account numbers from an existing bank account or a new bank account. This guy is nothing but a phony.
google the company number:5686561. It shows a legit business(City of London Investment Group) with the exact information that is on Horrocks invest ltd website. This guy is a phony and askes for your bank acocunt information.
Received an email from a navor_rivas@yahoo.com, supposedly from this Horrock group.

It seems to me that this group is out there to collect personal information for unknown purpose.
